Anyone in the United States age 18 and over can use Self Check to confirm his or her own employment eligibility. After you enter the requested information, Self Check compares it with various government records to determine your work eligibility in the United States.
What do I say when I call to verify employment?
Call the verified phone number and politely greet the operator. Give your name and title, and request the contact person listed on the application. If the person is not available, leave a call back number, name and good time to reach you.
