Community Connections Partnership builds skills through observation of positive role models, role playing, trial and error and through experience and repetition. We identify a person’s learning style and meet them where they are at to increase success. We encourage relationships through social activities and strive to create balance in all aspects of their lives.
In order to be eligible for ILS services, the individual must have a CADI (community alternatives for disabled individuals) waiver.
